They are almost always there when blissful days of skiing await you. LEITNER ropeways’ lifts and cableways bring people from all over the world to the finest of snowy destinations, like in Kitzbühel. This winter, the world famous ski resort will be the scene for an interesting photo contest. Search for the perfect shot throughout the whole season, and in spring the best snaps will win from a range of top-class prizes such as a chairlift canopy swing for the garden or a season ticket for Kitzbühel.

The mountain and the cableway.  The perfect pairing for wonderful days of skiing and snowboarding. Cableways transport people to the slopes, to the peaks, to the chalets – to the most important places our hearts desire. Mountains create moments of joy and make dreams come true. The mountain and the cableway are thus also the theme of this unusual photo competition organised by Kitz Ski and LEITNER ropeways. The world famous ski region in Kitzbühel and the global manufacturer of cableways, ski lifts and inclined elevators invite anyone to take part with their own highly personal shots.  It is all about skiing and snowboarding in relation to LEITNER ropeways cableways and lifts in the ski region of KITZBÜHEL. How to interpret this theme is a matter of personal taste – there are plenty of creative ways to capture the relationship between winter activities and cableways on camera. 

A jury consisting of representatives from Bergbahn Kitzbühel and LEITNER ropeways will select the best pictures at the end of the season. All photos will be available for viewing in a gallery at www.leitner-lifts.com/fotowettbewerb and www.bergbahn-kitzbuehel.at throughout the season.
